Hoffs Exterior Cleaning was founded by Broderick Svenby on a single, stubborn idea: that the small things matter most. Showing up at the time you said you would. Knowing the difference between a roof that needs pressure and one that needs a careful soft wash. Leaving a porch a little tidier than you found it. Picking up the phone when a homeowner calls.
Today, Hoffs is a five-star, owner-operated business serving the homes of central Alabama — from Montgomery and Prattville up through Wetumpka, Pike Road, and Auburn, and across to the Birmingham metro. Every job is led by Broderick personally. Every wash, every roof, every drive is finished only when it would pass for our own home.
That kind of standard is hard to scale, and we're not in a hurry to. We grow at the speed of word-of-mouth — neighbor telling neighbor, customer texting us a year later when their drive needs a refresh, real estate agents calling before a listing photo shoot. It's the slowest possible way to build a business, and the only way we know how.
The method
High pressure chips paint, splinters wood, voids shingle warranties, and forces water into seams. We use the lowest pressure that does the job, and the right cleaning solution to do the rest.
We rinse landscaping before, during, and after. Our solutions are biodegradable. Your hydrangeas, your lawn, and your dog will be fine.
Surfaces are walked, inspected, and re-touched. Sills are wiped. Paths are blown clear. The job is done when it would pass for our own home.
