Gutters are how rainwater gets away from your foundation. When they're clogged, water pools, soffit rots, and basements take on water. We clean them by hand — every section, every downspout, every elbow — then flush them with water to confirm they're flowing.

Twice a year is the right rhythm in central Alabama: late fall after the leaves drop, and mid-spring after the pollen flush. Heavy pine cover may need quarterly.
